Richard Bennett is singing the praises of Houston as it tries to cope with Rita. But I suspect the folks in Houston don't think so. I really don't think so.

Meanwhile for those that want to ponder the karmic implications of all this (oil → CO₂ → global warming → sea temperatures rising → stronger hurricanes forming → gaining strength in the Gulf of Mexico → hitting oil rigs) here's a nice Kos diary on the oil situation.
