Not enough is said, at least in the Buddhist blogosphere, at least as far as I can perceive, about the role of relaxation in Zen practice.

I agree completely being able to chill in the moment is an important part of Zen practice.
I am still going to write a longer bit on this; it goes so much deeper than just the *thought* of relaxing.
