Companies I'm glad I don't work for: Procter and Gamble

I had the distinct pleasure - or is it schadenfreude?- of hearing a talk by Gilbert Cloyd, CTO of Procter & Gamble (be sure to click that hyperlink and surf around there)who discussed P&G's "Connect + Develop" "strategy."

They basically outsourced 50% of their R&D budget,... to what effect?

Well, they got cool packaging for Hugo Boss cologne.

But Charmin toilet paper still is a problem if you've got a 1 gallon per flush toilet last time I checked.
