I'd say Buddhists tend to be liberal if

they're not tradition-bound or have an authoritarian streak. The moral foundations test at this link at yourmorals.org and resulting psychology seems to indicate that.

My results (green) show I'm big on no harm:




However, when it comes to "fairness" too often there's singularities, corner conditions, and simple uniqueness to say categorically that one size fits all all the time, and these types of tests tend not to consider those ramifications.
