Professional research societies are evidently complaining about a proposed bill to make government funded research public 6 months after they appear in journals.
It's a rare point where I might agree with Liberman and a Republican: many individuals publish their own works on line that appear in journals, so why not?
Oh, yeah, they want to hold the copyright on materials.
Are there no prisons? Are there no workhouses?
