Speaking of things I don't know much about....the U.N. Charter

In a passing reference to "Chapter 7 of the U.N. Charter," I saw in the NY Times this morning, it occurred to me that I, like probably 99.9% of all people, had never read the damned thing.


Well, here it is: the U.N. Charter.

I bet there's a great deal of fodder in there that makes it crystal clear why extreme rightists have opposed it for years.
