It's a rather busy day, and I'm afraid there's nothing profound or insightful coming from me. Elections are today, of course. I voted by mail, as is the custom here.
But this seems to be one of these sets of days when everything happens at once.
One odd thing I'll report though: for years I could not sit in the Full Lotus Position - it was always 1/2 Lotus.
But my lower back has been hurting me, and - amazing! - sitting in the Full Lotus Postion, uh, relieves my lower back pain!
True, I've been exercising a lot lately...
