What was the connection to "Rather-gate" and "Gannongate?"

link

That's the subtext from Media Matters, who shows that Gannon was a link in the chain of feeding nonsensical propaganda to right-wing outlets, including Hannity and Limbaugh.

But the information includes....

HANNITY: Now, Jeff Gannon, who is a terrific Washington bureau chief and White House correspondent for Talon News, actually shot me an e-mail today, and he's about to break a story in an exclusive about these CBS documents. [The Sean Hannity Show, 9/10/04]

Moreover,

As Media Matters noted, Limbaugh bragged that a quote he fabricated had surfaced in a question Gannon asked of Bush at a January 26 White House press conference.

Now these guys are making up fake stuff. They're feeding fake stuff into the right-wing noise machine... the docs (again small part of the National Guard story- the rest was verified- Bush was a AWOL- of that we're metaphysically certain) may have been faked... so let's see, Occam's Razor would say the simplest solution is that all the fake stuff comes from one place, right?
